Delegation of power at the highest levels

Apparently the American public has been confused as to whose responsibility it is to deal with North Korea on behalf of the US of A. Apparently that duty falls to the Governor of New Mexico.

Well, I'll be damned.

Bill Richardson, the current supreme ruler of New Mexico and former Clinton administration official, is apparently planning another trip to the unofficial capital of the Napoleon Complex. This is quite the responsibility when you consider that the governor of Vermont is only responsible for organizing the Secret Santa at the annual Governor's Convention.

Weak.
